“I would like to share my extremely positive Experience with Pratap Partnership. 1. How you found our initial meeting/approach to scoping the role and understanding the needs of the business? – Our initial meeting demonstrated Nik and Elise’s experience at this level of recruitment – they understood our concerns and fears in finding our first CEO and replacement for the two business founders – they very quickly put us at ease and clearly explained the process and what we could expect from them and what they needed from us.
2. Your thoughts on the attraction and assessment process alongside the communication throughout? The quality of our brochure was first class, it clearly explained the type of candidate we were looking for, the culture and values and the great opportunity for the successful individual – that clarity helped us build confidence in the process very quickly and ensured everyone involved from our side knew what the process would entail.
3. Your thoughts on the final shortlist and result? The shortlist was not only high quality but focused only on the type of candidates, experience and skill set we wanted – there was no feeling of additional candidates put forward to inflate the final pool. We were supported by Elise and Nik every step of the way with a perfect balance of support – there was neither too little, nor too much interaction. We felt confident each step of the process was moving forward to a final pool of serious candidates.
4. Any other general comments – In the end Pratap’s made our final decision a challenge because we had 3 high quality individuals to choose from. The very open and honest feedback from Elise kept us on plan even when unavoidable delays effected the process. Also allowing me to speak with 3 previous clients for referencing purposes very early in the process gave me huge confidence in the team, providing impartial advice and tips that were very useful.
