Customer Services Administrator

An international manufacturing and distribution company based in Yorkshire.

A business where we had a long-standing relationship with the CFO.

An immediate need to strengthen the customer services team with a best-in-class customer services administrator on a temp to perm basis.

Due to the importance and urgency of this role (and the strength of the relationship with the CFO), one of our directors worked solely on this vacancy to attract and assess candidates using all of our resources of online databases, artificial intelligence and search tools.

What we delivered

A placement was made within one week of the start of the process. Successful all round (and the worker contract has already been extended!)

HR Advisor

An iconic manufacturing business in Sheffield.

Due to company growth, a HR Advisor role was created to support the delivery of the employee relations strategy and related initiatives.

One of our directors performed a diverse selection process and assessed the full market. Suitable candidates were Qualification Checked for peace of mind by the client.

The detailed candidate attraction process located an ideal candidate looking to relocate to the area; somebody who would have unlikely to have been found using traditional advert techniques.

What we delivered

A perfectly matched and qualified candidate for the role was appointed, and both client and candidate are incredibly happy with the outcome.

PA / Office Manager

An international manufacturing and distribution company based in Sheffield.

Due to growth and expansion, a unique role was created to support the MD with PA duties, whilst simultaneously being heavy operational based.

One of our directors met with the client to gain a thorough understanding of the business and the type of candidate they were seeking.

From the information gained, a thorough search was performed whilst also leaning on our existing network of PA’s and Office Managers.

What we delivered

Following understanding the company’s requirements, a candidate that was previously known to us was contacted and resulted in being the perfect-fit for all involved.

Group Procurement Manager

An international transport and logistics company based in the East Midlands.

Our Managing Parter has a 20+ year business relationship with this organisation, assisting on many recruitment campaigns in the past.

Following a restructuring of the procurement department, two newly created procurement roles were created.

Pratap Partnership were appointed to lead a recruitment campaign targeting active and non-active candidates.

The campaign included branding advertisement; the creation of an Opportunities Brochure to communicate the job opportunity and the strength of the proposition; and the creation of a thorough report on each candidate.

What we delivered

100 candidates attracted by the campaign; 4 candidates selected for interview; and an offer was made and accepted within 4 weeks of the start of the campaign.

Marketing Executive

A digital marketing agency in Leeds, looking to broaden their team’s skillset with an additional member possessing analytical, social media and SEO capabilities.

Pratap Partnership was engaged to locate a candidate with the correct skill set and personality for the organisation.

One of our directors utilised a diverse candidate attraction strategy including but not limited to a thorough LinkedIn search; leaning on our extensive referrals network; and approaching our non-active candidates on our database.

Business Development Executive

A national supply chain organisation within a niche sector located in the East Midlands.

A Business Development Executive was required to grow a particular product within the business; the candidate in question needed relevant experience within this unique sector.

One of our directors thorough mapped out the market, creating the deepest candidate pool of potentially relevant candidates.  A targeted search was performed to identify the best match of skills and competencies.  

Through a tailored assessment process, a short-list was produced with a blend of the very best candidates.

What we delivered

The client successfully hired two candidates instead of one, due to their diverse skill sets being complementary and strategic to the organisations vision.  Both candidates are still in place, one having been promoted.
