Marie joined Pratap Partnership in November 2022 bringing over 20 years of recruitment experience to the team.

She has spent most of her career recruiting within the professional support sector within the Yorkshire region covering roles from Administrator up to Senior EA level positions. In addition to being an established Recruiter, Marie has established, trained and successfully managed high performing teams.

• Commenced her career in recruitment when she started as a Trainee Consultant with an international plc in Leeds after returning to the UK following a period of time living in Australia.
• Recruiting in both the Business Support and Finance sector’s, Marie progressed from Trainee to Manager level and then to Business Director where she was recognised as one of the top performers. She effectively managed client relationships and delivered operations to a client base across both private and public sector markets.
• Prior to joining the Pratap Partnership team, Marie most recently established and lead a Key Accounts Delivery Team for Yorkshire and the North- East alongside her own fee earning role recruiting within the West and North Yorkshire Professional Support market.
• Graduate in European Languages and Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Marie has worked alongside many of the Pratap Partnership team previously and has fond memories of this time both professionally and personally. This made the decision to move on to a new challenge after such a long period of time with her previous company a much easier decision to make.
