Charlotte commenced her career with Price Waterhouse in London before she joined Hays and Pratap Partnership a year ago. She now has 32 years’ experience recruiting Qualified Accountants across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire.
She commenced her career in Nottingham before managing the Derby and Leicester offices of Hays, and then moving to a regional role specialising in qualified recruitment across all three offices. On return from her first maternity leave she spent 2 years working for Hays Executive before moving to the Lincoln office following the birth of her second son. It was here she cemented her career becoming the only specialist senior finance recruiter in Lincoln for the last 19 years.
Her client base has enabled her to specialise in commercial appointments in both corporate and SME businesses, public sector and public practice. She has a renowned reputation for honest and open approach, local knowledge and contacts, and she takes pride in building long term and lasting relationships. She therefore has an extensive and unrivalled client/candidate knowledge across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands, and describes herself as “the old lady of recruitment!”

Charlotte doesn't have any! Charlotte’s life out of work revolves around her family! She has two boys at University, one a third year vet student and her youngest a second year history student. She lives in a self- built Barn conversion with her husband, a Director at Savills. She has 4 horses, a mad lurcher called Polly, chickens, ducks and a rescue cat known as Leo!
