Stacey Rhodes
Stacey uses her 18 years of recruitment knowledge and skills to support the whole Pratap Partnership team and enables us to focus on positive results for clients and candidates.
Stacey role supports marketing, compliance, candidate resourcing and campaign support to name a few areas; although Stacey is usually involved with most aspects of our business.
Prior to this role, Stacey worked at an International Recruitment PLC resourcing and providing senior administrative support across the Yorkshire and surrounding area.
- Commenced her career in recruitment with an international plc after applying for an administrative role that was being dealt with by the recruitment agency. After attending an interview to register for work, Stacey was offered a role directly with the agency to be based in the local Wakefield office. Stacey remained with this organisation for 18 years.
- Stacey’s career began as administrative support to a large team of Recruiters in both Business Support and Finance Sectors.
- This role soon developed into a resourcing role and Stacey was responsible for the supply of business support staff to the Public Sector market.
- The resourcing role further developed to include support to both Business Support and Finance sectors. Stacey effectively managed client and candidate relationships.
- Most recently, Stacey specialised in compliance administration within the Education sector. Successfully supporting a large team with all compliance requirements.

Family
Stacey lives in Wakefield with her partner Craig, son Spencer, Parakeet Codie and rabbit Sandy. She loves spending time with her family and friends whenever possible.
Autism Awareness
Stacey spends a lot of her time providing extra care for her son Spencer who is autistic. They love to find new activities that Spencer may enjoy. Alongside this, always looking for ways of developing his speech and communication. Autism awareness is a big part of Stacey’s personal life, and she attends any training that she can to further develop her knowledge and understanding.
Animals
Stacey has a love of animals and has lots for stories about the life of Codie, her Green Cheeked Conure. She has recently rescued the newest addition to her family, Sandy the rabbit.
