I have worked in a few markets in the recruitment sector over my fifteen-year career, but the senior finance market in the East Midlands is where my heart is. It is the network of clients and candidates that I have enjoyed working with the most.

There has been so much growth, change and so many opportunities in this sector over the past couple of years. It made a lot of sense for me to choose this time to move to Pratap Partnership – a recruitment consultancy with a deep specialism in the finance sector and where a few of my former colleagues have been doing very well since joining!

• Upper Decile- £90,122
• Average - £64,444

There is an average car allowance of £6,000 and 71% of Financial Controllers and Heads of Finance receive a bonus – average being 15.8% of salary.
