As Managing Director of Airmaster in Sheffield, Lisa has firsthand experience leading a business through the EOT journey- transitioning in July 2021 and becoming fully employee-owned in December 2024. Her insights were invaluable as we continue to shape our own EOT and enhance our ability to support recruitment for other employee-owned businesses.
