A Double Celebration at Pratap Partnership!

Last Friday marked a special milestone for us—not only did we celebrate the end of our sixth year, but we also recognised an incredible personal achievement by one of our outstanding directors, Karen Caswell.

On the same day, Karen completed both her most successful year and her best-ever quarter of billing—a remarkable achievement in her 27th year in recruitment.

Karen has been a key part of our team for the past 10 years, specialising in the accountancy & finance (non-qualified) sector. Quite simply, she is the best operator at this level with whom I have worked in my career.

Some of her standout achievements over the past year include:

• Successfully placing 61 candidates into new roles.
• Receiving 16 glowing testimonials from happy clients and candidates.
• Playing a vital role beyond recruitment—as one of our legal directors, she represents our employees in the governance and management of the company.
