We have learned so much during the COVID-19 lockdown period and have published a series of articles on our website.As the numbers of new infections decrease and lockdown is relaxed further, we are all taking the next step forward. Planning for the immediate future is a major challenge for almost every business, with so many questions difficult to answer;

• How will employers and employees respond to the ‘new normal’?
• What does this mean for employers in the North?

We have spent a lot of time talking to the CFOs, Finance Directors and Partners across our region, specifically gaining information and sharing ideas about their expectations and plans. We have put together a short survey to bring together some more data.
