Pratap Partnership has a new home!  Situated within beautiful National Trust Parkland in Wakefield, we have moved into our own fabulous self-contained building within the grounds of the Nostell Estate.

Our team have a very special history and together, we have built up a business to be proud of since launching in April 2019. We have always embraced flexible working, and until now have used home offices and co-working spaces. As our team has grown, the need for our own space has too. Looking to the future, we will continue to work a hybrid working model, enjoying more time together in our new office, combined with home working and utilising co-working space.

The Pratap Partnership team live across the four corners of Yorkshire, so finding a place that worked for all of us was a real challenge. It was important that we had a location to be proud of, one which we all look forward to spending time in, and somewhere with great facilities. Some of the features that attracted us to Nostell Priory were:

• The National Trust park and the ability to work in a relaxed environment, offering the opportunity for walk and talk meetings and a great setting to welcome our clients and candidates to.
• Facilities within the estate that allow us to entertain clients, hold conferences and allow interview processes to be held here.
• Other facilities for our team to benefit from which include the fantastic cafes, bikes to use to ride around the estate on, and changing and showering facilities for those runners amongst us.
• We also have our own private garden, that will allow us to work outside during the Summer months and occasionally to work with the Pratap Partnership canine population!

We already feel very much at home here and we are all so excited about what this next chapter will hold for the business.
