Alex Mostyn-Jones and Claire Screeton joined us just before Christmas, and what a positive impact they have already made in three short months!

Alex Mostyn-Jones – Strategic Development Director

Alex joins Pratap Partnership as our Strategic Development Director.  The business is reaching its 4th birthday in April, and we have some very exciting plans for the future - Alex will be instrumental in helping execute our strategy.

Alex has over 29 years’ experience in recruitment across Yorkshire and the UK, managing large local and national teams.  She brings extensive leadership and strategic expertise to continue our momentum.

Claire Screeton – Finance Director

We work with growing SMEs to add strength to their finance department and it has been great to run a process to recruit our own Finance Director. It is the right time for us to strengthen our controls and bring a lot more financial input to our strategy.  Claire is an experienced Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience working in industry.  She has a broad range of technical and commercial skills and has already demonstrated these by strengthening the decision making within the business and supporting Nik in managing our business.

It is great to have Claire join the Board and provide a different insight or viewpoint to the discussions.  As per Our Purpose, we believe that having a diverse board, each bringing their own personal background and experiences, results in diversity of thought and better decisions can be made for the business.
