We are overjoyed to announce the promotion of Jess Lister to Operations Manager this week.

Jess only joined us in January this year and has made an immediate impact as PA to Nik and Office Manager. This was not a promotion that was planned with targets or expected by Jess, but is a testament to the positive energy, drive and organisation that she has brought to our business.

Jess had a very broad job description and has grabbed everything by the neck and made a huge impact on our automation, our marketing, our policies, our reporting and our strategy.

A huge amount of credit for our recent growth goes to Jess. She has been fantastic from the first day she joined us.

There are so many highlights that I can think of in such a short period of time:

• ‍Updating the quality of all of our policies
• ‍Improving our internal reporting systems
• ‍Running our events and campaigns
• ‍Supporting our brand and marketing
• ‍Co-leading our ESG plans with me (an area that she has loved working on and made a major impact already)

To say that I was surprised at this promotion is a complete understatement;  I am absolutely thrilled and delighted that my efforts have been acknowledged.

In the short 5 months I’ve been here (crazy to say that – it feels a lot longer), I have been welcomed by the whole team and been supported in everything I do. Sometimes working behind the scenes and implementing change can be met with resistance, but Pratap Partnership has embraced everything with such a positive attitude.

Colleagues have become friends; and I am truly working with some of the best people in the industry.  It has been said that the only way to do great work is to love what you do; and that is very true for my role and working within Pratap Partnership.
