After a year of steep growth in demand for interim finance professionals, we are delighted to announce that Dale Spink is moving to work in our Interim Finance specialism.

Dale is one of our most experienced directors in our Accountancy & Finance team and he is now specialising on the recruiting management and senior management level accountants across Yorkshire

The best solution for many employers is to tap into the interim resource that is available – a candidate pool that has been deep and strong in Yorkshire for many years. We predict that this market will grow at an increased rate next year.
• More of our candidates are looking for help, advice and support in their interim careers
• Employers and recruiters can not rely on job boards and adverts to fill interim roles; the best solutions will always be built on the existing network. Having access directly to our directors is our best way of achieving this. It is testament to our strong heritage in the interim market that a number of our candidates aren’t on job boards or usual channels such as LinkedIn, but have worked closely with us for a number of years, being successfully placed in multiple and continuous assignments.
